phoographs as social commentary and witnessing: website worth checking out

For any one interested in the role photographs play in social and political life check out this fantastic website No Caption Needed (http://www.nocaptionneeded.com) which is both a book and a blog, each dedicated to discussion of the role that photojournalism and other visual practices play in a vital democratic society.
