The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Maken: The Foggy Dew
I recently posted this piece on a new book on the 1916 Easter uprising in Dublin, but at the time I had not seen this stunning version by the Clancy Bros and Tommy Maken of the song Foggy Dew, written in memory of those who rose up against the British in 1916. This version includes poetry by WB Yeats and Sean O'Casey.
