The Kimberley: The Last Frontier

Western Australian journalist Victoria Laurie has a new book out this week and what an important book it is. Titled The Kimberley: Australia's Last Great Wilderness. Vicki's book provides an insight into the ecological, geographical and social significance of the region.

As the Barnett Government moves to industrialize the Kimberley and to exploit its mineral and resource wealth, Vicki's book reminds us about what is at stake and what will be lost.
